PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD HAS AN ID WITH THEM TO CHECK IN AT THE AIRPORT!!!!!! WE WILL WAIT IN LINE, EACH PERSON WILL GO TO THE COUNTER, SHOW THEIR ID, GET THEIR BOARDING PASS PRINTED, AND BE ON THEIR WAY. ID'S WILL GREATLY EXPEDITE THIS PROCESS!!!!!!!

Our trip to New York will happen on Friday, May 2nd, through Monday, May 5th. 72 students and chaperones will be flying out of Omaha at 5:05 on the morning of the 2nd; the remaining 44 will be flying out of Omaha at 7:05 a.m. Airline assignments are posted in the side column with details of departures and arrivals for each flight.
This trip is being handled by two different agencies: one for the New York side of the trip, and one for airfare. Here are the payment installments required (all checks should be made out to Pius):
January 8th: $200 per person for the first installment of the New York trip ($100 deposit was paid in November).
February 10th: $292 per person is due for the remainder of your airfare ($50 deposit was paid in December).
March 10th: $200 per person is due for the next installment on the New York trip. Those people that were drawn out of the hat as official chaperones, your payment will be $25 for this installment, and this will be your last payment.
March 17th: Paperwork due. This includes contract agreement, medical form, release form, etc.
April 28th: $100 Final payment for New York is due.
Total cost per person for this trip is right at $1000.
We are going to be booking busses to take us to and from the Omaha airport.
May 2nd: Fly to New York!!
May 5th: Come back to Nebraska!
